This garden is home to the prestigious collection of roses that Jules Gravereaux assembled after retiring from business and acquiring the estate in 1892. Right from the outset, the garden has served as a venue for hosting, presenting and conserving a collection of roses.

Today, as owner of the Roseraie, the County of Val-de-Marne is committed to working towards the preservation of this precious and fragile heritage as well as the creation of a community of rose professionals by keeping them informed about the Roseraie’s activities as a specialised conservatory and the scientific work carried out by its team and partners.
